McManis Pinot Grigio 750ML

Surrounded by lush vineyards, the McManis Family Vineyards winery is located on a 40-acre site near the town of Ripon, in California’s abundant northern interior. Constructed in 1998, the large-capacity winery is dedicated to producing high quality wines with “small winery” methods.

This Pinot Grigio has a crisp and refreshing taste on the palate with notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit. The Pinot Grigio grape is typically picked early in the ripening process in order to encourage citrus flavors and acid balance. The grapes are night-harvested in August with an average brix of 21.5. After a gentle crush, the resulting must is immediately pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel until dry.
