2019 Louis Jadot Beaujolais Rose Coteaux Bourguignons, Burgundy, France

Coteaux Bourguignons is a new appellation founded by the Institut National des Appellations Contrôlées in 2011. It is a balanced and representative blend of their famous grapes, coming from their original homeland – Burgundy. A lively rosé from a crafted selection of Gamay from the great Burgundy region.

The flavor is floral and fruity, with a fresh red currant and raspberry fruit character.

Serve chilled as an aperitif or with salads, pasta dishes, grilled fish, and cold meats.
