All about Tequila

Types of Tequila

Blanco Or Plate/White or Sliver Tequila

Go from distillation directly into bottles ready to serve, allowing you the purest flavors of the blue agave nectar. Some producers allow their Blanco to age in stainless steel or neutral oak barrel for about 2 months to let the flavors settle in. Blanco/Plata an affordable tequila found in most mixed drinks and can be enjoyed as a shot, for a smooth shot try Don Julio Blanco.

Joven/Gold/Oro Tequila

Joven tequila is an impressive mixed of white and aged tequila with a golden hue from ingredients such as caramel and additives for flavor. Joven is particularly adept in cocktails as it provides the bright citrus of Blanco and the vibrant character of rested tequila all in one neat package.

Reposado Tequilas

Reposado Tequilas are aged in Oak/Bourbon barrels for anywhere between two months to a year giving this tequila time to develop a unique flavor profile and a light straw color. Enjoy your Reposado in a shot or make a high-end cocktail to impress your friends.

Anejo Tequila

Anejo Tequila is aged one to three years in Bourbon or White French Oak barrels leaving this tequila very smooth with a balance of agave and oak flavors accented by caramel, chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon.

Extra Anejo

Extra Anejo was created in 2006. This Anejo rests for more than three years in barrels with no more than 600 liters capacity to allow the tequila ample exposure to the Oak, resulting in a fuller and smoky flavor with a darker color. This is a perfect sipping tequila.
