The cornerstone of their Pinot Noir program, This Estate represents the most Burgundian of all their single vineyards, offering a core of lean, bracing acidity with complex, rich fruit.

The clones were fermented separately in single open-top fermenters. Gentle punch-downs followed with a brief maceration period. Maintained at moderate temperatures until dry, basket-pressed, and racked to 50% new French oak for 13 months. Blended two weeks prior to bottling to achieve an ideal balance.
Fresh pomegranate with a bright core of underripe raspberry and bramblefruit. Complex, with tart cranberry, undercurrents of earth, orange peel, and subtle rose notes. Fleshy, with silky fine-grained tannins layered over high-toned acidity and touches of truffle and clove on the finish.
