Truchard Vineyards 2018 Estate Chardonnay - Los Carneros, Napa County, California

Truchard Vineyards is a quaint, family-owned winery in the Carneros region of Napa Valley. The Owners, Tony and Jo Ann Truchard have managed a successful vineyard and grown exceptional grapes for nearly 40 years. It was through their hard work and devotion with this unique property, they have helped pioneer grape growing in the Carneros region of Napa. In 1989, the Truchards established a winery and began producing wines using only their estate-grown fruit.

This Chardonnay begins with a beautiful nose of fresh pear, pineapple, and jasmine following with hints of nutmeg, fig, and toasted oak. The mouth is clean and bright, while filled with flavors of baked apple, lemon, and lime. Firm acidity provides a crisp finish of citrus, mineral, and spice.

ABV 14.1% 

This wine pairs well with a light seafood dinner, fresh garden salads or soft cheeses and fruit. Serve chilled with friends and family.
